Yes, off-season (Sept 15 - May 15) dogs are welcome; in summer they're restricted to the permit-only ORV beach.

Full beach access Sept 15 - May 15 (leash required except in the ORV corridor waters); May 15 - Sept 15 dogs may only reach the beach via a permitted vehicle on the ORV corridor.
