Leashed pets are allowed on park beaches, campgrounds, trails, and boardwalks.

Where dogs are banned

Park buildings. Disruptive or aggressive pets should be kept off the Malaquite Visitor Center deck and boardwalk and the short stretch of beach directly in front of the visitor center.

Leash rule

6 feet maximum, at all times.

Service animals

Service animals are allowed where pets are not, under the ADA. A leash is still required.
