Partly. Dogs can join you at Enchanted Rock's picnic areas, campground, and Loop Trail, but not up the Summit Trail.

Leashed dogs are restricted to the Loop Trail; they are not allowed on the Summit Trail or any of the trails leading to the granite dome's other peaks.
