Leashed pets are allowed on the outdoor grounds of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, but not inside any of its buildings and not on the boat program to the USS Arizona Memorial.

There are no hiking trails. Leashed pets may be on the outdoor grounds, but pets are not allowed inside the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, including the museums, theaters, and other public indoor areas. Only service animals are welcome inside.
