Leashed dogs may use the lower trails and the horse camp exercise area across Highway 79, but the narrow Summit Trail to the top of Bear Butte is off-limits to pets.

Leash up to 10 feet. The site is sacred to several Native nations, so visitors are asked to be especially respectful.
